Garrison Crossing is a large residential development on the former residences of the military base in south Chilliwack. Gemco constructed the site servicing for the residential neighbourhoods south of Tamihi Way. The work involved the installation of sewers, watermains, electrical and telecommunications ductbanks, and road construction. This included the reconstruction of both Vedder and Keith Wilson Roads, two high-traffic arterial streets. Gemco also reconstructed the All Sapper's Memorial Cenotaph where those two roads meet.
