Gemco construction builds utilities and road works for land development projects and municipal infrastructure improvements in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. We are expanding operations into the BC Interior to serve clients across a larger portion of the province.

With our experienced and well-trained team, company-owned fleet of heavy equipment, and quality oriented sub-trades and suppliers, we have constructed over 800 projects since our founding in 1986.

Many of our key managers have over 25 years of experience in civil construction. They have a proven record of meeting budgets and deadlines, which has us on the preferred bidders list of many prominent land developers and municipalities.

Our services include site preparation and excavation; underground utility installation for sewer, water, electrical, and telecommunications systems; roadworks; retaining walls; and erosion and sediment control.

When local pump-station contractor GCL closed its business, longtime GCL estimator and project manager Ryan Grant and his team joined Gemco to establish a dedicated pump-station division. By bringing their established expertise to Gemco, the team continues to provide clients with the level of pump-station service previously associated with GCL.
